The Foundation is committed to an open and fair policy when dealing with all complaints regarding either irs operation of how staff and volunteers act in the furtherance of the Foundation´s aims. It is therefore imperative that this policy is understood and followed by all those involved.
This should be read in conjunction with the Equal Opportunities Policy and Mission Statement.
Complaints from external sources:
a) The Foundation will investigate all complaints fully
b) The Foundation will normally ask for complaints in writing, however details of verbal complaints will be documented as fully as possible and where needed the complainant will be asked to sign these notes.
c) A member of the Foundation will be asked to fully investigate the allegations and provide a detailed report
